We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

  • You receive your order, or

  • A third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods on your behalf

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
     

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used electrolyte products

  • Any unsealed consumable goods

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or incorrect.

5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return instructions

  4. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us
     

6. Refunds
If your return is approved:

  • We will refund your payment within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • We may wait until we receive the returned goods or proof of return

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery costs are refundable (EU requirement)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
     

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong product

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect
     

10. International Returns
For orders outside the EU:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
